Coming into this world, a young child brings two tremendous qualities - a natural ability to imitate and a strong will. Children learn by using their senses and by active experience.

Huckleberry Mountain Preschool is designed for 2 1/2 to 4 year old's. Here children have endless possibilities for creative play, exploring nature, and learning social skills in addition to their preparation to Kindergarten.

A daily rhythm makes them feel safe. Music and art create beauty. Games, walks in nature and organic food nourish their bodies. Household activities like cleaning, washing, cooking, and baking help to invigorate their will. Language, Art and Science prepare them for a life long interest in learning.

Huckleberry Mountain Preschool will be open all year, staring the summer program in June and the school year in August. We will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Extended hours may be available by arrangement during registration. We are located at 3714 Forestdale Avenue in Woodbridge, Virginia.

The experience of attending Huckleberry Mountain Workshop will be wonderful stepping stone to a larger school for your children in the future. They will carry unforgettable memories of their first schooldays with friends.
